Our beautifully celestial fused glass heart sculptures are one of a kind and completely handmade in California. This heart is made by a process of dripping melted glass over metal rods then boiling the glass to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit, then cooling it down to a solid, polished finish. After removed from the kiln each heart is cold worked with diamond disks to give the edges a finished uniform edge and then return to the kiln for a final fire polish. Each heart fires for at-least a total of 30 hours.
The back of each piece is Simi finished and has its own unique design
Each heart is handcrafted to generate an organic design that cannot be replicated. Like our own hearts, they are one of a kind.
This "Celestial Gold" heart is composed of layers of opaque black glass with caramel, white & cream accents accents.
Every custom designed piece can be accompanied by a custom made clear acrylic stand or black acrylic stand.
Each piece is signed by the artist & a certificate of authenticity is included.
