International Shipping

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. OMGlass is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

International Returns & Exchanges

Any unworn merchandise must be sent back to OMGlass within 30 days of receipt of product.

Please note that custom pieces, permanently discounted pieces or marked down merchandise are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow up to 30 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a refund in the same currency and same exchange rate as your original order. Shipping and handling paid on your original order are not refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service via email at Support@OMGlassArt.com To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
